Writings From India
The November issue of World Literature Today features writings from modern India, guest edited by Sudeep Sen and Daniel Simon. It includes work by Amit Chaudhuri, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, Amitava Kumar, Arundhathi Subramaniam, Vikram Seth, and, I’m thrilled to say, two of my poems. There’s a preview at this link http://www.ou.edu/worldlit/
I particularly enjoyed reading poems by Neelanjana Banerjee and Kazim Ali, fiction by Beena Kamlani and a short story in translation by the Bengali writer, Premendra Mitra.
